I've been seeing Carlos for regular bodywork once or twice a month for the last 6 months. I came in on a referral from a friend about a year ago for recovery from a car accident. I teach Pilates and kinesiology for a living and to have such a knowledgeable therapist is exactly what I need. Over the last 6 months my body is finally learning to relax and release and recover. Each session allows me to leave feeling my body my move with more ease, less stress, and the ability to unwind.
